Xinda Expands Fish Plate Production – New Shipments Ready for Global Railway Projects

The expanded production covers fish plates for 43 kg/m, 50 kg/m, 60 kg/m, and 75 kg/m rail profiles, available in both 4-hole and 6-hole configurations. Xinda has also added capacity for fish plates meeting international standards, including UIC60, UIC54, and 136RE profiles, to serve export markets in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.

Fish plates manufactured by Xinda are hot-rolled from high-quality steel with accurate cutting and punching to specification. The latest production batch features improved dimensional precision and is available with anti-corrosion surface treatment – including zinc plating, Geomet coating, and epoxy coating options – to suit different climate conditions.

A new shipment of fish plates has been dispatched to railway projects in Mongolia and Australia, with additional orders being processed for Russia, Vietnam, and Nigeria. The company's production capacity for fish plates has been increased to support the growing order volume.

Xinda's fish plates have passed inspection by the National Railway Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and hold EU certification. The company supplies fish plates to China Railway bureaus including Beijing, Shenyang, Jinan, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, and Chengdu, as well as China Railway Construction subsidiaries.
